Thrilled to announce I will direct VENUS IN FUR by David Ives for the Virginia Stage Company in Norfolk, VA in February/March 2016.

I took a trip to the Wells Theatre the other day and met with the staff and toured the old historic theatre. The Wells Theatre is a gorgeous space, originally built in 1913 as a vaudeville theater, and over the last 100 years it has been used as a burlesque theater, movie palace, x-rated picture house, gin mill and brothel. Can't imagine a more perfect site to bring the Venus to life within its (his)storied walls.
